Best-Ever Easy Pork Chops

The flavor on these is amazing, and they’re quick and easy to prepare.



  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp fresh-grated ginger
  • 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 Tbsp honey


  • 2 pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp oil (coconut, lard, etc)


Mix the marinade ingredients in a ziplock bag. Add the pork chops and let marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes. (start cooking vegetable while meat is marinating)

Preheat oven to 400F. Also heat a cast-iron skillet on a burner (med-high).

Use the oil to grease the hot cast-iron skillet.  Reserving marinade, gently place pork chops into the pan.  Cook 5 minutes, then turn the pork chops over and pour the marinade into the pan with the pork chops.  Cook another 5 minutes, then move the pan to the hot oven and cook 5-10 minutes (time depends on thickness of the meat).

Serve with cauliflower mash
